The overall performance of this teacher is: 1
Regarding Tests: 5 midterms, 1 final
Regarding Homework: TONS, homework doesn't always reflect exam either
Course Difficulty: Extreme. The 20/80 rule of 20% in class learning, 80% out of class learning is more like 5% in class
Habla Ingles? (Speaks English): He speaks English. Period. He told one of my fellow students that she did not speak/understand Eng
Expected Grade: I made a "B" with blood, sweat and tears
Hypothetical Major: Finance with Accounting minor.
Same prof again: Absolutely not.
Do bums dress better? Or is she cute?: He wears the standard slacks and button down. He is far from nice to look at. He has obnoxious mannerisms.
Comments: Avoid this professor. He is the Assistant Dean and is far more interested in becoming the Dean than being an effective instructor. His interest level in seeing students succeed is minimal at best and he is difficult to track down outside of classroom hours. I had a 4.0 prior to taking his class. I had made "A's" in courses that were deemed more difficult than this course. His lectures are difficult to follow and often abstract. The assigned homework is rarely reflected on his exams. THE FINAL EXAM IS MADE, PRIMARILY, OF QUESTIONS TAKEN FROM PREVIOUS MID-TERM EXAMS.
