Comments: Chris Bearb is an agressive pompous uneducated illiterate Neanderthal. The man rules and abuses with an iron fist. He is more profane than any sailor could ever be and as rude and crude as one could ever imagine. He is a heartless and passive aggressive dictator that preaches the gospel of being a man and standing up for oneself yet he will hide behind any other instructor, student, or administrator to avoid facing ridicule. The man, I only call him such in regards to his gender, holds simply a certification or two and an associates degree yet one would think he had an encrusted crown upon his cyclopean head. The fact that his administrators do not see this could possibly mean one of three things. 1, they are exactly like him, which I have not observed. 2, They fear him just like they want him to, which I have not observed. 3, He's a two-faced coward that lacks the scruples to assert himself as the lowbrow individual he is.

Comments: I'm currently under his... dictation. He's acting as an administrator. That being said, only one expression comes to mind... "Those who cannot do - teach. Those who cannot teach - administrate. I believe this saying suits him properly.
