So let's all be human about this and inform me if something is on this site that shouldn't be. You can't possibly have a problem with the entire site, because if you do, you obviously have a problem with something larger than this site and that is review by peers and the public all together in which case I recommend you move out of the united states (if that's where you are) and go live somewhere where there isn't freedom of speech. To those who wish to induce magnetic fluxes on my ferite and magnetic media, do so in a responsible manner. Don't turn my site into a place where you will bash others or incriminate others without just cause. And if you have just cause, don't put it on my site, this is not the place for it. If you wish not the abide by these rules, you then agree to take the blame of anything bad on yourself. If you wish to have another example, think of this place as a modified mailbox. You don't sue the owner of the house because they recieved junk mail that offends you. That would be insane! You wouldn't sue the mailman either because it's not his fault. If you wish to read my bits and bytes, you are invading my privacy. In fact I give nobody the right to use my bits and bytes in a manner that damages me in physical, spiritual or monetary or any other possible way. If you do so, you are then stealing my magnetic flux energy in which case I shall have to sue you for stealing, grand theft, invasion of privacy and mental anguish. If you have a problem with any of the bits and bytes someone left on my site, I'll help you remove them if you ask nicely and don't threaten me. I wish to be everybody's friend. If you wish not to be my friend, that's okay, in that case don't do anything that involves me. Don't look at my site, don't sue me. Doing so would be tresspassing my personal space, this is the "Beware of Dog" sign outside my house. Don't tempt fate. However if you are my friend and do not in any way, indirectly, directly, accidently and so on to damage me, my friends, you or anybody else I just might consider listening to you... just like I have to many other people. I welcome your comments, not your threats or leagalistic papers. If you wish to send them my way, you shall be billable at the rate of $2,000,000 per bit sent in my direction +/- 360 degrees in any direction. I shall consider it an act of vandalism upon my property to deposit such bits on my computer and I shall consider it assault to have such bits and bytes hit me in the form of induced photons or energy from any display, computing, electronic or organic device in which it affects. If you think my bits and bytes do this to you, you are wrong as you have requested my bits and bytes and what you do, and what you cause with those bits and bytes are your problem, your fault, and so on. In the end, everything is your fault, I hope you understand. If you don't understand, that's your fault. If you still don't, it's even more so. So I hope in all good faith you do understand the conditions of using this site. Just be a decent person... whatever your definition is... but at the same time, you have to keep in mind the above. Send me nasty email, or send me anything I can consider a threat and it will be your fault and you shall be liable for it. I shall prosecute you to the fullest extent of the law, so don't push me. Other than that, I hope you enjoy your visit, so long as it doesn't involve me. You have been warned... if you disagree with any part of this site, cease and desist using it, destroy any copies of data you have kept and go away or I shall consider it stealing. In otherwords, just leave me alone. I don't want any trouble especially when it's all your fault.
