After many semesters at my university, many good and many bad professors, I know the value of having advance knowledge of what monster you'll face in the next class. You're paying for your education for goodness sake, why buy a bed of thorns when you can get a nice relaxing sofa for the same price?

But semester after semester, my evaluations disappeared into thin air... where do they go? Into sealed boxes of course, nobody ever reads them... or if they do, they never take them seriously. After all, if the public can't see them, they may as well not exist.

So I made this site so students could come and publicly proclaim what they thought about their teachers or professors. It's not to rip them to shreds, but rather it's to keep the academic community accountable to us.

It is our right to be able to say what we think or feel. It's not very nice to put words into other people's mouths. So don't abuse this public forum. Rather use it to promote those teachers who deserve the recognition, and to save innocent lives from those educators who don't.
